Merchandise Return Policy
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, no refunds will be issued. If a customer receives damaged merchandise, the customer may receive replacement merchandise at no additional cost.

Event Cancellations
Should Enterprise Readiness, Inc. cancel an event, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Enterprise Readiness, Inc. is solely responsible for the funding and distribution of this refund.
If you wish to cancel your registration to an event:
- No cancellations or refunds will be allowed with less than 7 days prior to the event.
- At any time, a registration can be transferred to another individual by contacting customer service. A transfer can only be initiated by the individual who purchased the original registration.

Third party companies (i.e. Paypal and 2Checkout.com) have no responsibility regarding these transactions except when explicitly requested by Enterprise Readiness, Inc.
Online Event Cancellations
Should Enterprise Readiness, Inc. cancel an event, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Enterprise Readiness, Inc. is solely responsible for the funding and distribution of this refund.
You may cancel your registration to an online event up to 48 hours before the event. At that time, the customer has the option to receive a full refund, transfer the registration to another person of their choosing, or apply the refund towards registering for another event. No cancellations or transfers are accepted within 48 hours of the actual event.
